Online Return Policy:
- We accept returns for unused and unopened merchandise within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
- Items that are undamaged and non-defective will have a 15% restocking fee.
- The 15% restocking fee will be waived if you wish to have your return value placed on a gift card.
- Items that have been brought in on special order are not eligible for return.
- The Buyer will pay all shipping costs on non-defective item returns.
- We will refund your shipping costs for returns on defective products, but only after the product has been inspected and determined to be defective. You must submit your shipping receipt to us. Your refund will be processed by us within 5 business days from when we receive your package.
- We are not responsible for damaged or lost returns, so please use a service with delivery confirmation and tracking. Please do not send back used products since they do not qualify for return.
Damaged Items on arrival:
- If you receive your package and the box and a product is damaged, you are required to notify us immediately.
- Please take photos and submit them to us through email at the time of delivery. Please include a brief description of the damage.
- Claims for damaged product are done through the carrier, which we may be able to assist you with.
- You must keep the damaged item, and the original shipping container, as well as its packing materials, until a file has been claimed with the shipping carrier.
- Retain the item and packaging for 30 days from the day you notify us of the damage, the carrier may send someone to inspect the damage.
In-Store Return Policy:

Some items not eligible for return:
- Livestock of any kind.
- Consumables unless guaranteed by the manufacturer.
- Clearance items.
- Airline tube.
- Aquarium backgrounds.
- Wood or Rock that have been placed in your aquarium.
- Special orders.
Electronics:
- All electronics are eligible for returned within 30 days, in its original unopened packaging in a new or saleable condition.
- Defective electronics can be returned to the store within 30 days, with your original receipt and packaging.
- If the product has a manufacturer warranty and it is past 30 days, please check in-store and if necessary, contact the manufacturer.
Consumables: (food, treats, supplements etc.)
- Consumables are not eligible for return unless the product has a satisfaction guarantee through the manufacturer and returned with your original receipt within 30 days. There must be at least 75% of the product remaining.
Fish: Non-Refundable, replacement or in-store credit only
- There is a 7-day warranty on some fish (see exclusions below). We require the fish, along with a separate water sample and your original receipt. A replacement will only be given if your water conditions are acceptable, and the fish has not died from visible aggression.
- Exceptions: there is no warranty on Plants, Cichlids, Discus, Fancy Plecos, Shrimp, Snails or one-of-a-kind species.
Bobby G's Pro Aquarium reserves the right to modify or update the Return Policies at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Return Policies on our website.
